NEWTECONS LAUNCHES THE GRAND BAY HALONG COMPLEX PROJECT
[Quang Ninh, September 14, 2022] Newtecons, in collaboration with BIMLand, solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Grand Bay Halong Complex Project. The event welcomed distinguished guests including representatives from the investors, the supervisory consultant Artelia, the general contractor, and other significant participants.
Situated on peninsula 3 within the Halong Marina urban tourist area in Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, the Grand Bay Halong Complex Project enjoys a prime location adjacent to the world natural wonder, Ha Long Bay. With its crescent-shaped terrain, the project encompasses the poetic beauty of the sky and surrounding landscape. Covering a total area of 7.8 ha. with a 475-meter stretch along the coastline, Newtecons serves as the project’s general contractor, with an anticipated delivery in the third quarter of 2023.
