NEWTECONS LAUNCHES NEW CONTRACT PACKAGE AT T&T CITY MILLENNIA PROJECT

[Long An, February 19, 2024] Newtecons, in collaboration with the investor, Thai Son – Long An Joint Stock Company, and the consulting firm, Vietnam Industrial and Urban Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company (VCC), ceremoniously initiated the Inner Embankment Contract Package of the T&T City Millennia Project (Thai Son Long An’s Commercial, Villa, and High-class Apartment Area). This event marks the third instance where Newtecons has been entrusted by the investor to serve as the General Contractor for the project. 

Located in Long Hau commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province, the T&T City Millennia project is distinguished by its unique ecological landscape, encircled by a network of rivers and large canals and blanketed in extensive greenery. It stands as one of the most significant developments in the South Saigon area, covering 267 hectares.

For the Inner Embankment Contract Package, Newtecons is tasked with constructing all hydro-related infrastructure, including embankments along the Rach Doi River, Ba Dang canal, internal canals, landscape lakes, boat docks, boat landing platforms, pedestrian bridges over internal canals, and water retention dams at canal junctions. This package plays a critical role in ensuring construction safety, enhancing waterway connectivity with surrounding areas, and providing modern amenities that blend with the natural surroundings for future residents.

Driven by sustainability, the T&T City Millennia project is conceived as an urban area that maintains its beauty and relevance over time, transforming undeveloped land into a cohesive, comfortable, and desirable city.

“With our rich experience in constructing infrastructure for numerous large-scale projects and the favorable conditions provided by the predominantly dry construction period, the Newtecons Command Team is committed to adhering to the schedule to complete the project by the fourth quarter of 2024,” shared Mr. Tran Vu Dang Son, Project Commander.

In tandem with this package, Newtecons is also progressing on completing the villa sections and the project’s structural infrastructure package, aiming to unveil a modern urban area as swiftly as possible.
