NEWTECONS HELD GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY OF T&T CITY MILLENNIA PROJECT – GREEN RESIDENCE IN THE SOUTH OF SAI GON

[Long An, 23 June 2022] The T&T City Millennia project’s ground-breaking ceremony was held by Newtecons, T&T Group and the project’s investor Thai Son – Long An Joint Stock Company. Representatives of T&T Group, Investor, Khai Hoan Land project developer, Coninco supervisor consultant, Newtecons Construction General contractor, subcontractors and suppliers were represented during the event.

T&T City Millennium is the largest project in the South Saigon region, spanning up to 267 hectares. It was invested in and developed with the intention of becoming a modern complex metropolitan area with a variety of products such as high-rise flats, luxury villas, townhouses, and shophouses, as well as a network of accompanying utilities such as hospitals, schools at all levels, entertainment hubs, and the ideal living environment for residents.

Mr. Le Duc Buu, Operations director and a representative of Newtecons General Contractor, said: “With a strong foundation of collaboration in many prior projects between Newtecons and T&T Group and 20 years of experience in conducting large-scale projects in Long An and throughout the country, Newtecons committed working closely with the Investor, the supervision consultant, and the subcontractor to finish the project on time with high standards of quality and safe conditions.”

T&T City Millennia project is located in Long Hau commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province, adjacent to Rach Doi river, Soai Rap river and Nha Be river. Recently, the plans to build provincial road 826E have also been agreed by the leaders of Long An province and Ho Chi Minh city. This is the route connecting National Highway 50 with the Southwest axis to Long Hau Industrial Park; Tan Tap – Long Hau Road to Long An International Port and Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park – Ho Chi Minh city, creating a convenient traffic network in which T&T City Millennia is located in a central location.

After the Ground-breaking Ceremony, the Site Management Team will begin construction of the piles, closely following the progress of phase 1 to hand over 1,700 villas to the Investor at the beginning of the third quarter of 2024.
