NEWTECONS COMMENCED SWAN SMART LOGISTICS LONG AN PROJECT

(Long An, March 16, 2021) The groundbreaking ceremony of Swan Smart Logistics Long An was successfully celebrated with attandance of representatives of the local government, Investor, Consultant units, Executive Board of Newtecons and partner, subcontractor , the project’s supplier.

Swan Smart Logistics Long An is located in Phu An Thanh Industrial Park, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, with a strategic traffic location when only 3km from Saigon-Trung Luong Expressway, quickly connecting with main roads such as: Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard, East-West Boulevard to the center of Ho Chi Minh City and Cat Lai port. The project with more than 11 hectares of built-area sits on 25.3 ha of land. Newtecons is the General Contractor of Design and Build (Design & Build) project with a total value over 900 billion VND.
