NEWTECONS IMPLEMENTS THE LABOR SAFETY TRAINING PROGRAM 2023
In response to the month of Occupational Safety, Hygiene, and Fire Prevention in construction, the HSSE Department of Newtecons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company recently organized a labor safety training program for construction sites over nation.
The 2023 Labor Safety training program is a recurring exercise designed to provide information and skills to safety supervision teams and construction workers around the country.
Instructors offered basic knowledge as well as practice of first aid and respiratory resuscitation for cases of heatstroke, burns, fractured bones, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, stroke, response to electric shock accidents, and so on to Newtecons’ safety workers during the training program. People can then identify unsafe regions and learn fundamental techniques for rescuing and protecting themselves and coworkers in an emergency.

In order to maximize the efficacy of preventing and combating fires, the HSSE Department also engaged in propaganda campaigns, trained members in escape techniques, and demonstrated effective tool and method usage. In order to reduce the loss of life and property in the event of a fire, explosion, or accident, workplaces should have firefighting and rescue equipment on hand.
This is not only a worthwhile activity to develop awareness of fire prevention work among all employees, but it also teaches them how to use on-site firefighting equipment and tools to extinguish the fire at the start. It also reflects Newtecons’ sense of duty and genuine care for fire prevention and control, allowing for better and more synchronous battle cooperation with regional forces and police.

At Newtecons, maintaining worker safety is of utmost importance in order to deliver exceptional construction quality and a sustainable work environment. As we move forward, Newtecons will stick to its motto of “Risk based – Management lead – Audit driven”, and continue to implement and assess safety work, as well as establish training programs and professional development activities for engineers and construction workers, in order to produce safe and high-quality projects.
