NEWTECONS HONORS SPECIAL “TEACHERS”
It’s almost time for Teacher’s Day! The atmosphere of November reminds us of teachers’ gratitude for the cause of education. To celebrate the outstanding efforts of trainers in recent times, the L&D Department of Newtecons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company conducted the “Newtecons Internal Trainer Appreciation Program” on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day.
For Newtecons, November 20 is an opportunity to recognize special “Teachers,” since there have been many internal training events from professional fields to necessary skills for work and life taught by seniors over the last year. They are not only knowledge providers, but also guides, companions, and inspiration to members of the organization. These contributions fuel the goal of transforming Newtecons into a learning, flexible, and continually evolving company.
Mr. Vo Thanh Liem, General Director of the Company, expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the vital contributions of the internal trainer team during the ceremony. “I hope that these trainers and internal experts will always accompany, support, and assist Newtecons as it grows. On the occasion of Vietnam Teachers’ Day, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to individuals who have made significant contributions to Newtecons in recent years. Wish you continued health, happiness, and the ability to contribute your knowledge to Newtecons’ training career.”
In addition to the guidance of internal lecturers, the self-study spirit of generations of Newtecons employees is always bold. Every employee maintains a good attitude and an “open” mindset, ready to grow. In the future, they will become a lecturer or instructor, leading other members. As a result, Newtecons has evolved into a big “classroom”, where members joyfully work, learn, and improve every day.
During the presentation, the L&D Department also announced the results and awarded the “Story of Inspirers” contest. This activity has elicited a positive response and involvement from all employees over the last three weeks. The entries are filled with fond recollections, love, thanks, and honor for the excellent “mentors” in life and at Newtecons. The jury assessed and chose more than 17 top entries to give prizes. The final results are as follows:
