NEWTECONS CONTINUES TO BE SELECTED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE 1B AMATA LONG THANH HIGH-TECH INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT

[Dong Nai, April 20, 2024] The groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 1B of the Amata Long Thanh project recently took place at the Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park, Dong Nai in a celebratory and spirited atmosphere. The ceremony was attended by numerous dignitaries, including representatives from Amata Long Thanh Urban Investment Joint Stock Company, the leadership of Newtecons, and local government officials.

Amata Long Thanh is Dong Nai province’s inaugural key high-tech industrial park. Positioned strategically within the Long Thanh airport city planning area, the project is poised to be a catalyst for the economic growth of the southern region. With a focus on attracting cutting-edge technology industries, the project is anticipated to generate substantial technological value and bolster national socio-economic development.

Building on the success of Phase 1A, Newtecons has been reappointed by the investor as the general contractor for the Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park’s infrastructure for Phase 1B. This not only underscores Newtecons’ prowess in professional construction but also illustrates the robust partnership between the two entities. Trusted once again to undertake Phase 1B of the project, Newtecons will concentrate on implementing transportation infrastructure, dyke and M&E systems. Phase 1B is slated for completion in early Q2/2025, delivered a high-quality, regionally standardized infrastructure system for Amata High-Tech Industrial Park.
