NEWTECONS CONSTRUCTS THE MOST MODERN OUTDOOR SHOPPING ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX IN HAI PHONG

Newtecons officially took on the construction package of Investor Masterise Homes’ Centric low-rise commercial project at lot number TMDV-02, North Song Cam new urban area, Tan Duong commune, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city. Newtecons is supported in this project by the architectural design partners Transform Architecture Co., Ltd. and RANKINE & HILL Co., Ltd., the supervision partners Institute of Construction Science and Technology, and other partners.

Situated in the “center in the center” of Thuy Nguyen, the Centric Thuy Nguyen project boasts a prime location next to two iconic city structures: the new Political-Administrative Center and the largest-scale Convention and Performance Center. It promises to be the “perfect piece” of service trade, painting a picture of prosperity for the Port city. The project has 249 shophouses, divided into 9 subdivisions, 7 floors high, with a GFA of ​​nearly 110,000m2.

By participating in this project, Newtecons assumes the general contractor’s responsibility for the body structure, piling foundation, external finishing, mechanical and electrical work, and the area’s infrastructure. It is anticipated that the project will be able to mobilize over 500 personnel at its peak phase, when progress will be hastened. The Centric Management team has a significant obstacle with this, particularly given the protracted heatwave in the North. However, with extensive experience managing and coordinating human resources, especially in large and complex projects, at The Centric, Newtecons has meticulously planned and organized to work closely with pertinent parties to ensure the mobilization of human resources to meet the unique types of low-rise apartment projects.

The Centric is slated to be handed over in the first quarter of 2025. When completed, the project will help to establish a prominent commercial and service symbol in Thuy Nguyen’s center – “New City in Hai Phong City.”
