NEWTECONS COMPLETES TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR RIVERSIDE TOWER PROJECT IN DA NANG
[Da Nang, May 31, 2024] Newtecons has officially completed the topping-out ceremony for the Riverside Tower project (Tháp Ven Sông) , located on Bach Dang Street in Binh Thuan Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. The ceremony was held in a dignified and joyful atmosphere, attended by representatives from the project investor, The Royal Da Nang Co., Ltd., the project developer, ThaiHomes Real Estate Development Corporation, the consulting supervisor, Artelia Vietnam Co., Ltd., Newtecons’ management, and various partners.
Riverside Tower is a comprehensive complex comprising luxury apartments, a hotel, and a commercial-service chain, covering a total floor area of 54,000 m2. The structure features a 29-story block and two subterranean levels. It is distinguished by its reinforced concrete frame which supports both beams and floors, and from the 22nd floor to the roof, the façade is entirely clad in glass, creating a unique architectural highlight.
Newtecons served as the general contractor, overseeing the construction, finishing, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems. Despite challenging climate conditions, Newtecons’ experienced team successfully met all stringent technical requirements, remarkably completing the structural work one month ahead of schedule.
At the event, Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, Chairman of The Royal Da Nang Single-Member Ltd., commented:
