NEWTECONS COMPLETES TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR NAM O DISCOVERY DA NANG
[Da Nang, June 13, 2024] In a dignified and joyful atmosphere, Newtecons has officially completed the topping-out ceremony for the Nam O Discovery Da Nang project. The event was attended by representatives of the Investor Gotec Land Group, consulting supervisor Artelia Vietnam Co., Ltd., Newtecons’ management, and various partners.
Located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Beach Road, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang – an important strategic location for economic, cultural, and social trade – Nam O Discovery Da Nang project has the appearance of a 5-star resort with 34 floors and 3 basements.
Nam O Discovery Da Nang has a total of 487 apartments, divided into two staggered tower blocks with a façade exterior design with the symbol of bamboo. This design and layout create a unique architectural feature for the project while maximizing the viewing angle so that 100% of the apartments have sea views, allowing natural light, and thereby increasing energy-saving efficiency. In addition, the apartment complex also has many other amenities such as an infinity edge pool, a separate natural yoga floor, a new indoor and outdoor sports game area, and other attractive beauty, spa, and entertainment services.
As a General Contractor, Newtecons always actively researches the most suitable construction methods to ensure quality and technical standards for the project, while also bringing long-term use value and high economic efficiency for Investors. At the Nam O Discovery Da Nang project, the Newtecons construction team built a monolithic reinforced concrete structure for columns, walls, beams, and floors. This not only ensures the continuity and uniformity of the structure, enhances the bearing capacity and durability of the structure, but also makes the surfaces flat and sharp, thereby helping future finishing work become more convenient and achieve higher aesthetic quality.
In addition, Newtecons’ close association and coordination with partners such as Huni Architectes Architectural Design, Phu My Structural Design Consultant, First Green Mechanical and Electrical Design Consultant, and Artelia consulting supervisor has helped the project ensure progress – safety – quality, leading to a successful topping out.
The Project Management team will continue to carry out construction to hand over the project to the Investor in 2025. When completed, Nam O Discovery promises to become a top-class real estate project, contributing to the changing appearance of the Da Nang Bay area.
