NEWTECONS COMPLETED THE SORA GARDENS SC PROJECT, WHICH MEETS JAPANESE STANDARDS AND ATTRACTS INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

The SORA Gardens SC commercial center has been accepted and officially delivered to the investor, allowing tenants to start decorating in anticipation of the official opening ceremony in the new city of Binh Duong at the start of the third quarter. As the primary contractor, Newtecons has worked closely with Becamex Tokyu, the project’s investor, to ensure a successful handover.

The project was started in March 2022 and completed after one year of construction, meeting all safety and quality standards.

Notably, AEON, a well-known Japanese retail group, SORA gardens’ main customer, will open the first “Compact GMS – General Merchandise Store” model in Vietnam, covering almost 5,000 square meters. This represents a big achievement for Newtecons in attaining “Japanese standards” in order to validate its capabilities and brand with international customers.

The SORA gardens SC project is the second collaboration between Newtecons and Becamex Tokyu after the success of SORA gardens 2 in the same metro area. This opulent apartment complex was built by Becamex Tokyu, a partnership between Tokyu Group and Becamex IDC Corporation, two significant Japanese and Vietnamese businesses.

The completion of the SORA Gardens SC project is evidence of Newtecons’ dedication to carrying out high-quality construction projects and their proficiency in collaborating with foreign partners. At the same time, this amply demonstrates the positive development potential of Binh Duong New City, a tranquil community with one of Vietnam’s most contemporary, pleasant, and vibrant lifestyles.
