NEWTECONS COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF DAK MIL SHOPPING CENTER PROJECT – DAKMIL CENTER WITH A FLOOR AREA OF NEARLY 30,000 m2.
The Dak Mil Shopping Center, financed by the Fruit and Vegetable Import-Export Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of T&T Group), is being constructed by Newtecons. This project is pivotal, propelling the development of a comprehensive entertainment and shopping center model in the Dak Nong province and the broader Central Highlands region.
The Dak Mil Shopping Center encompasses a building area of 4,545 m2 and a floor space of nearly 30,000 m2 across 5 above-ground levels and 1 basement. This modest scale ensures a synergy of urban landscape and aesthetic harmony.
On December 24, 2021, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Dak Mil Shopping Center, with representatives from T&T Group and the general contractor Newtecons in attendance.
The Dak Mil Shopping Center is a key project, reflecting the investor T&T Group’s vision and Newtecons’ construction prowess. Together, these elements are transforming Dak Nong province’s landscape, contributing to the area’s development and enhancing the quality of life for local residents.
