NEWTECONS BREAKS GROUND ON 02 CONTRACTS AT PHUOC THO RESIDENTIAL PROJECT, VINH LONG

On the morning of April 28, 2025, in Ward 3, Vinh Long City, Newtecons officially broke ground on 02 significant contracts for the Phuoc Tho Residential Project 1 & 2, which is invested by T&T Land Phuoc Tho Co., Ltd. This is one of the exemplary urban projects in the Mekong Delta region.

The “Hotel – Commercial Service TM1” contract under the Phuoc Tho 2 residential area is a large-scale high-rise project, encompassing a 10-story hotel block and one basement level integrated with commercial and service facilities. Located alongside the Cầu Lộ River, the project features a modern design that harmonizes with the characteristic landscape of the Mekong Delta. TM1 is expected to become a premium accommodation and shopping destination, contributing to the development of a new urban center in the southern part of Vinh Long City.

Additionally, Newtecons is concurrently implementing the “Social Housing NOXH01” and “Social Housing NOXH02” contracts under the Phuoc Tho 1 residential area. This project consists of 4 blocks, with a foundation structure, 7 above-ground floors, and a rooftop.

As the general contractor, Newtecons is responsible for all structural, finishing, and technical infrastructure works for both projects. Leveraging its strengths in high-rise civil construction and its professional project management experience, Newtecons is committed to executing the project on schedule while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
