NEWTECONS AND T&T GROUP CONTINUE TO LAUNCH A SIGNATURE PROJECT IN SA DEC CITY

[January 17, 2022] The groundbreaking ceremony for the Service, Commerce, and Residential Center Project in Residential Section 4, Ward 1, Sa Dec City took place with notable attendees including leaders from the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, the Dong Thap People’s Council, the Dong Thap Provincial People’s Committee, as well as departmental and sectoral leaders, Sa Dec City officials, representatives from T&T Group, Vinh Thien Da Nang LLC, and Newtecons, the appointed General Contractor.

As long-standing strategic partners, Newtecons and T&T Group are once again collaborating to construct the Service, Commerce, and Residential Center in Residential Section 4, Ward 1, Sa Dec City. Taking the lead as the General Contractor, Newtecons is committed to delivering the project with a blend of high technical and aesthetic quality, poised to become a new icon at the heart of Sa Dec City.

Recognizing Dong Thap as a strategic investment location within its long-term development strategy, T&T Group has been involved in the planning of several key projects across the province. Among these, the Service, Commerce, and Residential Center in Residential Section 4, Ward 1, Sa Dec City stands out as a flagship project, poised to spur local socio-economic growth.

Mr. Pham Thien Nghia, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Dong Thap Province, recognizes the valuable contributions of the investor and Newtecons to the province’s overall development.

The project is meticulously designed to become a synchronized, state-of-the-art complex. Its ambition and prestige are showcased through its commercial service area of 8,080 m2, which includes a basement, 25 stories, 360 hotel rooms, and a townhouse area of 1,807 m2 consisting of 19 four-story units. Notably, the 25-story tower will establish the project as the tallest building in the city, symbolizing Sa Dec’s prosperity and dynamism.

The complex draws inspiration from the scenic Tien River and the renowned Sa Dec Flower Village, blending modern architecture with natural curves reminiscent of the river’s flow. The base features a pedestrian boulevard intertwined with a beautiful flower lane. Facilities include a shopping center, an events hub, a cinema, a swimming pool, and an internationally standard hotel.
