NEWTECONS AND T&T GROUP ARE CONTINUING TO BUILD GREEN RESIDENTS IN THE SOUTH OF SAIGON
The project ritual kickoff ceremony for the framework infrastructure package of Thai Son Long An luxury villa and apartment complex project was organized by Newtecons in the morning of December 14, 2023, in collaboration with T&T Group and Investor Thai Son – Long An Joint Stock Company. Subcontractors, suppliers, and representatives of the investor, Newtecons, the general construction contractor, attended the ceremony.
Thai Son Long An luxury villa and apartment complex project is regarded the largest in the South Saigon area, with a scale of up to 267 hectares, invested and developed to become a complex metropolitan area including shophouses, townhouses, luxury villas, and high-rise flats are suitable and modern product types. Along with that, there are several ancillary amenities such as hospitals, schools at all levels, recreational locations, and an ideal living environment for residents.
In the Thai Son Long An biding package, Newtecons will work on a luxury villa and apartment complex project, performing jobs such as roads, sidewalks, rainwater drainage systems, wastewater systems, as well as underground MEPs. The overall length of the building frame infrastructure road, in instance, is about 10 kilometers. (This includes the building of the following routes: TS-LA; LH-NB; TS1; TS3; TS5; TS6). This framework infrastructure bidding package is critical for connecting project phases and creating a foundation for implementing townhouse projects, luxury villas, and high-rise apartments, as well as for easily connecting transportation routes with the rest of a nearby community.
The project is situated in Long Hau commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province, which is a major area for economic development in the South. Situated on the expansive Long Hau street, surrounded by massive rivers, and featuring an enormous green carpet of greenery, this project is one of the rare ones that fits both “position” and “direction” criteria. These components will help create a resort-style living environment at home while still blending in with the busy, energetic way of life in the major metropolis.

Following the ritual kickoff ceremony of the frame infrastructure package of the Thai Son Long An luxury villa and apartment complex project, the Newtecons Site Management Team continues to constantly monitor the progress, which is planned to be handed over to the Investor in September 2024.
