NEWTECONS AND ECOSYSTEM PARTNERS LAUNCH ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAM FOR FUTURE LEADERS
[Ho Chi Minh City, May 4, 2024] Newtecons, in partnership with the Ecosystem Training Board, recently launched the 2024 Construction Commanding Officer Training Program. Attended by the Ecosystem Executive Assessment Council and 28 high-potential employees, the program is seen as a key step in building future leadership for the ecosystem.
The program focuses not just on enhancing technical knowledge, but also on developing management and leadership skills. It offers participants a chance to refine their abilities and advance to become outstanding future leaders.
Mr. Ngo Thanh Phong, representative of the Ecosystem Assessment Council, stated, “This training provides more than knowledge; it’s an opportunity for attendees to practically apply what they learn in varied real-world contexts.
