NEWTECONS AND ECOSYSTEM PARTNERS ACCOMPANY HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION IN A SERIES OF INTERNSHIP – RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES
On January 21, 2026, at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE), Newtecons, together with ecosystem companies including Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, and BOHO, attended the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement for the 2026 academic year with the university.

Representing HCMUTE at the event were members of the Board of Management and the Office of Corporate Relations, along with representatives from specialized faculties such as the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Transportation Engineering and Energy, as well as affiliated centers. Representing the Ecosystem were leaders of Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, and BOHO.

In 2025, Newtecons and the Ecosystem successfully coordinated with the university to organize many outstanding programs, including project site visits for students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, participation in the university’s Career Fair to provide career counseling for students across various disciplines, and receiving interns at ecosystem member companies. In addition, HCMUTE students also made a strong impression at the BIM NEXT GENERATION competition, which was exclusively sponsored by the Ecosystem.

According to the cooperation agreement for the 2026 academic year, Newtecons and HCMUTE agreed to implement three main groups of activities: an internship program for final-year students of the Civil Engineering, Automotive Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering faculties; recruitment programs through career fairs, career orientation seminars/talk shows, and construction site visits; and sponsorship and support for student competitions and the university’s social activities. The total sponsorship value from the Ecosystem is expected to exceed VND 700,000,000 for the 2026 academic year, with a flexible adjustment mechanism based on mutual agreement between the two parties.

With extensive experience in delivering large-scale projects with high technical requirements, Newtecons always focuses on building a team of engineers with strong expertise, solid practical skills, and readiness to adapt to real on-site working environments. Through the cooperation agreement for the 2026 academic year, Newtecons and ecosystem companies will continue working with HCMUTE to expand internship programs, site visits, career counseling, and recruitment activities, creating opportunities for students to directly experience construction processes, project organization, and corporate culture.

Newtecons believes that connecting “learning – working” from the time students are still in school will help them gain more practical experience, while enabling enterprises to proactively identify and nurture suitable talents for future projects.
