NEWTECONS ACCOMPLISHED THE TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY OF SORA GARDENS II PROJECT
(Binh Duong, September 30, 2020) Newtecons Investment Construction Joint Stock Company coordinated with Japanese BTMJR Investment Company Limited for a successful topping-out ceremony of Sora Gardens II Project. The ceremony honourably received the attendance of Becamex Tokyu’s Leadership representatives, BTMJR Investment Company, Mitsubishi Estate Group, Newtecons’ Leadership and all staff members of parties engaged in the project.

Sora Gardens II is built right next to Sora Garden I in Binh Duong Province. This 24-storey and 1-attic high-rise condominium involves Newtecons as the General Contractor and has a gross floor area of up to 90,000m2.
In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Onuma Minoru – Deputy General Director of Becamex Tokyu – praised the efforts of Newtecons and construction units. He believes that Newtecons, who dedicated more than 1,300 thousand hours of safe working, will hold themselves up to bring residents with a perfect Japanese-quality living space.

After the ceremony, Newtecons’ Site Management Board eagerly started off the finishing work to ensure the hand-over schedule in early 2021.
