NEWTECCONS WON THE BID FOR FLORA MIZUKI MP6-7-8 PROJECT

Following its string of successes, good news came to Newtecons when it won the bid for Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8 Project. Newtecons would be the General contractor, performing basement, structural, finishing, MEP and landscape works with the total value of nearly 950 billion VND.

With its solid reputation and exceptional quality, Newtecons would work along with the Employer to establish the ideal living space at Flora Mizuki MP6-708 Project. Flora Mizuki buildings are to be built in zic zac line to maximize the space between the apartments. Moreover, with its landscape works at the project, Newtecons will bring in green nature and harmonious, peaceful atmosphere to the living space of future residents.

The project locates in Mizuki Park Urban Area of 26 hectares and on Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard, Binh Hung Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. The canal district apartments – this name is given for a reason: on one side, the apartment buildings lie along the central canals with a system of green parks, right next to Event Park square & Japanese gardens and on the other side, they are faced with school area – which would be built in the future.

Newteccons is expected to complete the construction process for Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8 project within 19 months, building over 750 apartments and modern facilities such as viewing stations, multi-purpose work space, outdoor lounges, BBQ areas, swimming pools, fitness centre, indoor playground….
