MIAMI – MASTERI WATERFRONT IS READY TO WELCOME RESIDENTS TO HOME
The Masteri Waterfront Site Management Team recently handed over the first Miami residences to the Investor and invited occupants to move in. This is the first project completed by real estate company Masterise Homes for residents in Hanoi.
Masteri Waterfront began construction in November 2020 and is one of Newtecons’ primary projects as General Design and Build Contractor. The project contains two constructions: Hawaii (CT06) and Miami (CT03). The Miami, in particular, comprises three towers: Tower T30 (30 stories), Towers L26 and L26M (26 floors), and a total area of up to 19,000sqm with 1,666 luxury apartments.
Inspired by eight of Van Gogh’s most well-known paintings, the landscape design of Masteri Waterfront emphasizes color and light contrast and movement to produce a striking visual impact that instills a sense of freshness and a harmony between material and soul.
The Miami development, which is situated in the heart of Vinhomes Ocean Park, boasts two upscale frontages as well as a stunning natural view that encompasses the 6.1ha saltwater lake and the 24.5ha central lake. As a result, future project inhabitants will be able to take advantage of expansive green areas, the whole two-tiered utility system from the city, and special private features like sky gardens and underwater relaxation lounges, an observatory, an indoor swimming pool, etc.
Furthermore, Masteri Waterfront is well-known for providing interiors that are of a caliber that surpasses the expectations of its clients. In order to minimize slippage and provide complete user safety, all Miami apartment doors are surrounded by stone. Additionally, the apartments feature a gorgeous deep brown wooden floor system with strong heat and humidity insulation. Specifically, the equipment that is being delivered comes from some of the most well-known and prominent brands in the world, including Hitachi air conditioners, Kohler sanitary equipment, Hafele kitchen appliances, and door locks. Of particular note are the soundproof Low-E glass, heat insulation, and tempered glass balconies that are exclusive to Masteri Waterfront. All of them reveal a sophisticated, roomy area that is genuinely a house by the sea.
As General Design and Build Contractor, Newtecons worked closely with Project Management units, Investors, subcontractors, and suppliers to successfully complete the project while satisfying the Investor’s safety, quality, and progress commitments. Furthermore, with the determination and consistent efforts of the entire Site Management Team, we have offered distinction and a worthy and standard living experience to inhabitants of the “living paradise” class.
The Masteri Waterfront Site Management Team will resume construction after turning over the Miami subdivision, speeding up the process of finishing the final three towers in the Hawaii subdivision, which is scheduled for completion in June 2024.
