LUXURY REAL ESTATE PROJECT ACHIEVES 3 MILLION SAFE MAN-HOURS
On September 29, 2023, at Grand Marina, Saigon, the Newtecons Investment Construction JSC’s Command Board proudly received a certificate for achieving 3 million safe man-hours, presented by the project owner. The award ceremony was attended by representatives from the investor Masterise Homes, Mace project management, Newtecons’ Command Board, subcontractors, and nearly 1,000 workers currently engaged in the project.
The Grand Marina, Saigon luxury real estate project, initiated in 2021, has maintained a strong focus on safety throughout its construction period. The Newtecons Command Board has worked closely with relevant departments and divisions, enforcing strict safety management and control measures at the site.
Moreover, the Command Board has ensured all workers, regardless of their position, receive accurate and timely safety training. Regular weekly training sessions have been conducted to ensure engineers, supervisors, and workers fully understand, commit to, and comply with safety standards. The Grand Marina, Saigon Command Board has also consistently completed comprehensive safety reports to the project owner and project management weekly, ensuring timely and appropriate guidance.

Grand Marina Saigon, stands as a flagship project for Newtecons, acting as the general contractor for design and construction alongside Vietnam’s premier luxury real estate developer, Masterise Homes. This luxury segment, associated with the prestigious Marriott and JW Marriott brands, adheres to rigorous international standards for design and construction, aligning with Marriott-branded residences worldwide.
Currently, the Lake Tower, the first tower within the Grand Marina Saigon luxury apartment complex, is nearing completion for its handover to the investor. The construction of SEA/ Cove/ Lagoon towers is progressing swiftly, with installation works aimed at accelerating completion. The Newtecons Command Board has dedicated itself to executing these complex, high-standard requirements with precision, ensuring every detail of the project is meticulously crafted to create unparalleled luxury apartments.
Building on this achievement, the Command Board and all project workers are united in their efforts to complete the project, aiming for a handover in July 2024.
