LAUNCH OF THE 2024 EQUIPMENT SUPERVISION TRAINING COURSE

On November 15, 2024, the L&D Department officially launched the Northern Region’s 2024 Equipment Supervision Training Program. The program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of Newtecons employees in equipment supervision, which plays a critical role in ensuring project quality.

Experienced trainers lead the course, which aims to provide employees with a clear grasp of the equipment supervisor’s role on-site. It covers the structural details and installation methods of gang form systems and aluminum formwork, helping staff master the efficient use and management of equipment.

The program also highlights the application of Newpro software for equipment reporting and arrangement and provides training on exporting equipment data. Participants will learn to prepare initial project estimates, manage budgets, and anticipate potential risks.

This training course enhances technical proficiency and awareness of equipment management’s critical role. It ensures employees are well-versed in standardized procedures for equipment handover and communication.
