INTEGRATION TRAINING FOR NEW EMPLOYEES – Q4/2024

On December 4, 2024, Newtecons conducted an onboarding program for its new employees, comprising various modules delivered by in-house lecturers. The session’s highlight was the participation of Ms. Hà Tiểu Anh, Newtecons’s Chief Financial Officer, who shared profound and inspiring insights about the company.

Opening the session, Ms. Hà Tiểu Anh delivered an overarching narrative on the evolution of Newtecons. Her heartfelt stories and valuable lessons allowed new employees to connect with the company’s culture and recognize its prestigious position in the construction field.

During the session, new employees gained comprehensive knowledge about branding, data systems, workflows, internal guidelines, and safety protocols. All resources are embedded in the company’s applications, facilitating quick access and enabling high productivity from their first days.
