GROUNDBREAKING OF THE CLUBHOUSE – TAM NONG ECO-URBAN AND GOLF COMPLEX

On the morning of June 13, 2025, in Tam Nong District, Phu Tho Province, Newtecons officially kicked off the Clubhouse Building project, part of the Tam Nong eco-urban area, resort, and golf course.

The project is invested by Golf Artexport – Tam Nong Co., Ltd., with the supervision consultant being Construction Technology, Equipment and Inspection Consultancy Joint Stock Company – CONINCO. At this project, Newtecons takes on the role of General Contractor for the construction and finishing of the Clubhouse Building, further affirming its capability in executing iconic and high-standard works.

The Clubhouse Building is a key component of the overall development. It will serve as a premium amenity hub-welcoming guests, providing relaxation spaces, hosting events, and fostering community connections-enhancing the overall experience of the eco-urban area.
