GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF 3/2 BOULEVARD URBAN AREA – A NEW MILESTONE FOR NEWTECONS IN VUNG TAU

Recently, Newtecons, in collaboration with Sol E&C – a member of the Sol ecosystem, organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the 3/2 Boulevard Urban Area project in Rach Dua Ward – Phuoc Thang Ward, Vung Tau City, developed by Sun Group.

Located at the heart of Rach Dua – Phuoc Thang, Blanca City boasts a rare “diamond” location with two prime frontages: one embracing the arterial 3/2 Boulevard – the city’s backbone route, and the other facing Bai Sau – the most beautiful and bustling beach in Vung Tau. Spanning 96.6 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 37,000 billion, Blanca City is positioned to become one of the largest model urban developments in Vung Tau and the entire Southern region. Inspired by classical Portuguese architecture blended with modern amenities, Blanca City not only offers a premium living experience but also promises to become an international-scale seaside urban icon.

In the first phase, Newtecons will undertake part of the low-rise and high-rise zones, including 68 semi-detached villas and 48 detached villas on an area of over 24,000 m², each with a basement and three functional floors. The high-rise area will feature a 40-story single tower with two basements and a 36-story twin tower with three basements, contributing to a new, luxurious, and modern skyline for the entire development.
