GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE MIXED-USE BUILDING PROJECT AT 02 PHAM NGOC THACH
[Hanoi, October 25, 2023] The groundbreaking ceremony for the “02 Pham Ngoc Thach Mixed-Use Building” project was held in a dignified setting with the participation of the investor, the Vegetable and Fruit Corporation — Joint Stock Company, the developer T&T Homes, TVGS Texo, and representatives from the general contractor Newtecons.
As a strategic partner of T&T Group, Newtecons has once again been entrusted with the role of general contractor, overseeing construction completion and the mechanical, electrical work for this project.
The 02 Pham Ngoc Thach Mixed-Use Building is being developed as a premium complex featuring high-end apartments, commercial and service spaces, and shop offices, located in a prime spot in the heart of Dong Da district, Hanoi. The project spans a total constructed floor area of 33,973 m2, including 24 above-ground floors and 5 basement levels, housing 198 luxury, comfort-focused apartments.
