KICKSTARTING THE FINISHING PHASE OF DANANG’S ICONIC COASTAL PROJECT
On the morning of May 23, 2025, Newtecons officially kicked off the finishing phase for Towers CT1 & CT2 of the Danang Times Square project after a period of design adjustments, developed by Kim Long Nam JSC.
The project is located at a prime beachfront site along Pham Van Dong – Vo Nguyen Giap streets in Son Tra District, offering a direct view of My Khe Beach.
Each tower will rise 50 floors above ground with 2 basement levels, comprising 1,200 high-end apartments. Standing at 190 meters, these towers are set to become among the tallest buildings in Danang, promising to be a new architectural icon of the city.
Newtecons is in charge of both the design and full construction of the entire project.
