Furthermore, the inter-apartment walls and corridors, with a thickness of 210 mm, incorporate a special sound-absorbing layer and are built with high-density AAC bricks specifically produced for the project. This also ensures compliance with the highest American fire safety standards, ASTM, NFPA, and Vietnamese regulations. With a Sound Transmission Class (STC) of 55 and an Impact Insulation Class (IIC) of 57 for the floors, these residences promise the utmost tranquility and privacy for its distinguished inhabitants.
The latest images of Lake Tower and Lotus Park within Grand Marina, Saigon, promise a refreshed facade for the Ba Son area. The park’s design, featuring ship imagery integrated into the “Bassin de Radoub” landscape lake – a nod to the name “Ba Son,” which means “dry dock” in French – showcases large lotus-shaped canopies inspired by Vietnamese culture, spanning nearly 8,000 m2.
As the general contractor for construction and MEP, the Newtecons Command Team has ensured the project’s rapid and quality completion through tight coordination with Interior Contractor IFO, Supervisory Consultant Mace, and Developer Masterise Homes. Following the handover of Lake Tower, the Grand Marina, Saigon command team will continue the construction, accelerating the completion of the remaining towers SEA/ Cove/ Lagoon, with handover anticipated in July 2024.
