GENERAL DIRECTOR OF NEWTECONS MEETS 35 NEW EMPLOYEES
[Ho Chi Minh City] On the morning of May 29, 2024, at the company’s headquarters, the General Director of Newtecons hosted a meeting and social gathering with 35 young employees who had recently become official members of the Newtecons family.
The meeting was not only an opportunity for the new members to learn more about the organization but also a chance for the leadership to engage with the next generation, providing them with motivation and inspiration. In the intimate atmosphere at the meeting, Mr. Vo Thanh Liem, General Director of Newtecons, shared about the Company’s development orientation. At the same time, he also affirm his trust in the new staff. He believes that with guidance from predecessors and the company’s current potential, each new employee will be an important factor contributing to strengthening the Company’s position in the construction industry.
During the exchange session, new hires have the chance to voice their opinions and ask questions regarding their experiences at Newtecons. In order to help new hires integrate and grow fast, Mr. Nguyen Vu Khai, Head of the Human Resources Management Department, listened, answered queries, and provided valuable advice to help the new staff integrate and develop quickly.
