COMPLETION OF THE HIGHEST TRANSFER BEAM SLAB AT VAN LANG UNIVERSITY PROJECT – PHASE 4

HCMC – April 25, 2024 – Newtecons has successfully completed the final concrete pour for the highest beam transfer slab at the International Cooperation Block in Phase 4 of the Van Lang University project. This remarkable achievement marks the culmination of meticulous planning, precise execution, and unwavering commitment to excellence by the Newtecons team.
The international cooperation area of the project features a complex structural system comprising large reinforced concrete transfer beams, prestressed beams, and console beams exceeding 6 meters in length. This intricate design demands a high level of expertise and meticulous attention to detail during construction. The project team has successfully addressed numerous technical challenges, including the installation of beams spanning up to 21 meters and reaching heights of 18 meters. These remarkable feats were accomplished through the meticulous planning and coordination of Newtecons’ skilled engineers. Prior to these achievements, in January 2024, project team successfully completed the final concrete pour for Basement B3, encompassing a substantial base area of over 14,000 square meters.
