CELEBRATING A PEACEFUL AND UNIFIED CHRISTMAS SEASON

December heralds the arrival of a peaceful and warm Christmas season, infusing Newtecons’ office spaces and construction sites with a festive atmosphere. Setting aside the end-of-year hustle, Newtecons staff and employees have grown closer through engaging activities and shared experiences. Each gift and event organized by Newtecons showcases the management’s care for its staff and the unity within the Newtecons community.

At the ecosystem’s common house, the Christmas tree was adorned early, allowing staff and employees to “check-in” and immerse themselves in the holiday spirit. Furthermore, the Trade Union’s Executive Committee has been actively organizing Christmas celebrations, complete with mini-games, fostering interaction, relaxation, and help create cherished memories among colleagues.

Moreover, employees practicing Christianity are entitled to special welfare benefits. In addition to receiving carefully prepared Christmas gifts at their workplaces, they are also given an extra day off to partake in religious events and ceremonies.

These initiatives are part of Newtecons’ series of events aimed at fostering a professional working environment and enhancing employee experiences. With a vision, mission, and philosophy centered around people, Newtecons strives to create a cohesive and flexible environment for its employees. We believe that Newtecons’ success is the collective result of the efforts and contributions of all employees across various roles and departments, proudly affirming our leadership in creating a culture and working environment that sets the standard in the construction industry.
