TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY OF THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY HEADQUARTERS PROJECT AT 15 TRAN BINH TRONG STREET
On the morning of July 10, 2026, NEWTECONS and SOL E&C jointly held the Topping-out Ceremony for the Ministry of Public Security Headquarters Project at 15 Tran Binh Trong Street. The event marked the completion of the project’s structural works in accordance with the planned schedule, providing an important foundation for the project to move forward to its subsequent construction phases. The ceremony was attended by leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, representatives of the Department of Construction and Barracks Management, relevant agencies, and the NEWTECONS – SOL E&C General Contractor Joint Venture.
Located in the heart of Hanoi, the project comprises five tower blocks, four basement levels, and ten above-ground floors. It is a technically complex development subject to stringent construction standards. During implementation, the project faced numerous challenges, including limited site space, a densely populated surrounding area, heavy traffic, and multiple intersecting technical systems. These conditions required construction planning, quality control, occupational safety, and environmental management to be implemented in a coordinated and rigorous manner.
Throughout the construction process, the NEWTECONS – SOL E&C General Contractor Joint Venture maintained a highly accelerated construction pace while fully ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements. At the same time, the construction site was kept clean, orderly, and well organised, with every effort made to minimise disruption to local traffic and the daily lives of residents in the surrounding area.
This milestone not only affirms the organisational and operational capabilities of the NEWTECONS – SOL E&C General Contractor Joint Venture, but also demonstrates the spirit of collaboration, discipline, and determination of the entire project team in delivering high-quality developments that meet stringent requirements for technical standards, schedule, and construction management.
