NEWTECONS ACCOMPANIES NAM LONG IN THE GROUNDBREAKING OF CCTM1 PROJECT AT MIZUKI PARK

On May 20, 2026, Newtecons, in collaboration with the Developer, NNH Mizuki Joint Stock Company, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the CCTM1 Residential, Commercial and Service Apartment Project, located within Mizuki Park urban township.

The event was attended by representatives of Developer Nam Long and its Japanese partners, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad, along with project development partners, consultants, the general contractor, and many distinguished guests. This marks an important milestone, continuing Newtecons’ journey of partnership at Mizuki Park – one of the Top 10 most livable urban townships in Vietnam, home to a community of more than 4,000 residents living in a modern urban environment with green living spaces and a comprehensive system of amenities.

The CCTM1 project is developed under a residential, commercial and service apartment model, comprising one 20-storey apartment tower, including a basement, commercial podium, and 191 apartments with a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. In addition, the project is envisioned as a community connection space, featuring internal amenities such as a commercial podium, infinity pool, gym, and facilities on the third floor, helping bring to life a convenient “within a few steps” living experience for future residents.

At this project, Newtecons serves as the General Contractor for structural works, finishing works, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, technical infrastructure, and internal landscaping. This is also the fifth project at Mizuki Park that Newtecons has been entrusted to deliver, following the CC3 Apartment Building, CCTM3 Apartment Building, CC6-7-8-9 Apartment Buildings, and CC5 Apartment Building.
