NEWTECONS COMMENCES MAIN STRUCTURE WORKS FOR THE SENIQUE HANOI PROJECT – OVER 2,000 APARTMENTS IN EASTERN HANOI
On July 9, 2025, Newtecons officially commenced the main structure construction of the high-end apartment project The Senique Hanoi, located within Vinhomes Ocean Park, Gia Lâm, Hanoi.
The Senique Hanoi is a premium residential development by CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development. Strategically situated in the eastern area of the capital, the project offers convenient connectivity to central Hanoi and major transportation routes. It comprises three towers with a total of 2,152 apartments ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, along with 24 commercial service shops, all designed in line with green living, smart technology, and comprehensive amenities. The total construction floor area is 239,474 m², including a shared basement (21,838 m²) and 37 above-ground floors, marking a large-scale residential complex that demands exceptional construction and project management capabilities.
As the General Contractor, Newtecons will execute complex civil works with stringent construction standards. The project features several highlights such as a façade with distinctive vertical and horizontal fins; an indoor four-season swimming pool on the 20th floor of the Senique Premier tower; a 50-meter Fjord Pool; and a Resort Valley Pool in the outdoor amenities area – all requiring multidisciplinary coordination and strict quality control.
