COMMENCEMENT OF ROUTE INN HAI PHONG 5-STAR HOTEL PROJECT – A KEY PROJECT TO CELEBRATE THE 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LIBERATION OF THE CITY
On May 11, 2025, in So Dau Ward, Hong Bang District, the administrative hub of Hai Phong, Newtecons officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Route Inn Hotel project. The event took place in a lively atmosphere full of activities celebrating the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong’s Liberation Day and the 2025 Red Flamboyant Festival. Route Inn is among 12 key projects authorized by the city government to start and finish construction during this significant event.
The project is invested by Route Inn Group (Japan), which has extensive experience in the hotel and resort sector. Designed by Kume Asia, the project aims for a modern and luxurious architectural style, seamlessly integrating Japanese cultural features with the urban context of the city. It includes 30 above-ground floors (with one basement) and 343 rooms meeting international 5-star standards. Newtecons is the main contractor for the project.
In a fluctuating construction market, the trust placed in such a large-scale project, requiring strict adherence to Japanese technical standards, reaffirms Newtecons’ reputation, construction capacity, and standing in high-tech projects according to international standards.
