PRIME MINISTER CONTINUES PROGRESS REVIEW OF LONG THANH AIRPORT PROJECT
Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính of Vietnam visited the Long Thanh Airport project site in early December 2024. This high-priority project inspection focused on tracking progress, assessing construction timelines, and resolving persistent challenges to its completion.

Deputy Prime Ministers Trần Hồng Hà and Hồ Đức Phớc joined the inspection, along with Minister of Transport Trần Hồng Minh and key officials from relevant ministries, departments, and local authorities. The team assessed individual project sections and listened to the views of contractors and industry specialists to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
During his inspection, the Prime Minister pointed out the crucial role of timely completion for all project segments. He directed the responsible agencies to mobilize resources and maintain consistency between planning and construction, aiming for the airport’s swift commissioning.
