NOBU DANANG OFFICIALLY BREAKS GROUND: A MASTERPIECE RISING ON MY KHE’S SHORE

After the strategic cooperation agreement between Newtecons and Ban Viet Real Estate JSC (VCRE), Newtecons officially broke ground on the Nobu Danang Commercial, Hotel, and Tourism Apartment Complex on February 13, 2025. The ceremony welcomed the Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee, leaders of key departments, representatives from VCRE, Newtecons, design consultants, project management teams, and other stakeholders.

Standing at an impressive 186 meters with 43 floors and two basement levels, Nobu Danang is a landmark of cutting-edge design and precision engineering. The project includes nearly 3,000 square meters of basement space and an average floor area of 1,330 square meters, housing 450 high-end hotels and serviced apartments.
