NEWTECONS STARTS THE FACTORY PROJECT WITH A PRIMARY LOCATION IN THE SOUTH

In mid-July, Newtecons started constructing the BW Thuan Dao Logistic Park project in Thuan Dao Industrial Park (Long An). This is the fifth project in which Newtecons cooperates with Investor BW Industrial, solidifying the strong cooperative relationship between the two companies after a series of industrial real estate projects implemented across the country.

BW Thuan Dao is situated at the Ho Chi Minh City entrance from the Mekong Delta. Its prime location along the Ho Chi Minh City—Trung Luong Expressway and National Highway 1A makes it ideal for logistics and goods distribution between nearby industrial clusters like Vinh Loc 2, Phuc Long, and the factories of numerous large enterprises. This is BW Industrial’s seventh project to be launched in 2024, marking an important milestone in this Investor’s series of modern warehouse projects.

With a two-storey warehouse and one top-notch ramp, the project is contemporarily designed under international standards, offering a total floor area of 122,000 m² and a floor load of up to 3 tons/m². Furthermore, the project’s design optimizes storage space and provides renters with optimal operational efficiency.

Sharing the vision of sustainable development, Newtecons – One of Vietnam’s Top 10 Construction Contractors, and BW Industrial – The nation’s Top developer of Industrial and Logistics Real estate, will aggressively implement green solutions at the project to preserve the environment, lower net emissions, and work toward the Net Zero goal by 2050 that the Vietnamese government committed to at COP26.

After completing several projects as a General Contractor for BW Industrial, Newtecons has solidified its reputation by assuring progress, quality, and safety standards in each project handed over to the investor. This time, continuing to be selected as the BW Thuan Dao construction contractor demonstrates BW Industrial’s confidence in Newtecons’ professional team, affirming the two companies’ strong partnership in contributing to the standardization of warehouse products in the Industrial Real estate market.

BW Thuan Dao is planned to be finished by the fourth quarter of 2025. When operational, this will be an essential link in BW’s project network, and it promises to be the best option for firms looking to expand facilities and enhance inner-city distribution activities.
