NEWTECONS ROTATES AND APPOINTS KEY MANAGEMENT POSITIONS

As part of its workforce training and development strategy, on the morning of February 10, 2025, Newtecons’ Board of Directors officially announced the appointment of three management personnel. These changes aim to strengthen managerial capabilities, optimize operations, and drive more substantial growth in the future.

Mr. Võ Thanh Liêm, CEO of Newtecons, presented the appointment decisions.

Staff rotation has long been a key policy at Newtecons, designed to provide diverse experiences in various roles while enhancing leadership and operational capabilities. The appointed positions are as follows:

Mr. Nguyễn Tấn Tài has been appointed as Director of Tender and Design. With extensive experience and strategic vision, he will lead the department, optimizing processes, enhancing competitiveness, and unlocking new collaboration opportunities.

Mr. Đặng Ngọc Toàn has been reassigned and appointed as the CEO’s chief assistant. In this role, he will serve as a key liaison between the Board of Directors and various departments, ensuring effective and timely communication while supporting the CEO in strategic decision-making.

Mr. Tô Văn Thắng has been reassigned and appointed Head of the CCM Department. With extensive experience in project management and operations, he will focus on resource optimization and effective cost control, contributing to Newtecons’ sustainable growth and financial efficiency.

These strategic appointments reflect Newtecons’ dedication to building a highly skilled workforce. With this reinforced leadership team, the company is set to achieve new milestones and solidify its industry-leading position.
