NEWTECONS REVIEWS FIRST-HALF 2026 PERFORMANCE: STRENGTHENING THE FOUNDATION – ACCELERATING TOWARDS THE FINISH LINE

On July 18, 2026, Newtecons successfully held its First-Half 2026 Business Review Conference. The event brought together the Board of Management and 120 managers from across the Company to review business performance, align on strategic directions, and define key priorities for the final six months of the year.

In the first half of 2026, Newtecons achieved 105% of its half-year revenue target, representing a 14% increase compared to the same period last year, and secured newly signed contracts with a total value of VND 13.2 trillion.

Alongside these achievements, the Company continued to accelerate digital transformation through the implementation of a Data Lakehouse model, an internal artificial intelligence platform, and various management applications. Workforce development also remained a key priority, with 21 managers and executives appointed to new positions.

The conference also aligned on key priorities and solutions to ensure the successful delivery of the Company’s full-year 2026 business plan. At the same time, Newtecons will continue to strengthen training programs, develop a highly capable workforce, and proactively adapt to the increasingly demanding requirements of the market.

The final six months of the year will be a period of acceleration, bringing both significant challenges and new opportunities.
