NEWTECONS LET’S SHARE: CHANGING MINDSET, CREATING FUTURE

Newtecons hosted its annual “Let’s Share” event on October 9th, centered around the theme of a “Shift in Mindset”. This event, organized by HR, aimed to bridge the gap between the CEO, management, and future employees by sharing the company’s vision, inspiring the team, and addressing their inquiries.

Shift in Mindset: Embracing change, adapting to the rapidly evolving market and technology landscape. In Vietnam’s dynamic construction industry, staying updated with knowledge, skills, and mindset is crucial for both individual and collective growth at Newtecons.

With nearly 60 potential employees in attendance, this year’s event was a resounding success. Mr. Vo Thanh Liem, Newtecons’ CEO, shared the company’s vision and personal experiences, inspiring the team. The event fostered a lively and open dialogue, allowing employees to connect with management and address their questions.
