NEWTECONS KICKS OFF DAK MIL COMMERCIAL CENTER PROJECT, ACCELERATING COMPLETION AND MEP IMPLEMENTATION

On March 4, 2026, Newtecons held the Kick-off Ceremony for the Dak Mil Commercial Center Project, invested by T&T Group. The event marks the project’s relaunch phase to complete the building after the structural works had been finished and the topping-out milestone previously achieved.

The project is developed on a land area of 7,526 m², with a total floor area of 29,507 m², including one basement, five above-ground floors, and a technical floor. It is envisioned to become one of the most modern and premium commercial centers in the Dak Nong – Lam Dong region.

Newtecons serves as the main contractor for the finishing package, while also directly implementing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems of the project. The integrated execution of finishing and MEP works helps optimize coordination, quality control, and ensure overall project progress.

This project continues to reaffirm the long-term partnership between Newtecons and T&T Group, following numerous urban, commercial, and service developments that have been and are being implemented across various provinces nationwide.

Currently, Newtecons is mobilizing resources to accelerate finishing and MEP works, aiming to deliver the project according to the scheduled handover in September 2026. Once completed, the Dak Mil District Commercial Center is expected to become a new architectural and commercial landmark, contributing to the socio-economic development of the region.
