NEWTECONS CONDUCTS STAFF OUTREACH IN THE CENTRAL REGION

By prioritizing employee well-being, Newtecons continues its tradition of visiting projects in Central Vietnam. These visits, conducted by the company’s HR Department and Labor Union, aim to foster a strong sense of community and support among its staff.

The visits to Hòa Phát Dung Quất, The Royal Đà Nẵng, Quốc Quang 2, and Asiana Đà Nẵng Apartment Complex provided opportunities for direct communication and listening. Representatives from the Human Resources Department and the Labor Union shared company updates and engaged in open dialogue with employees about their work, benefits, and working conditions. These interactions provided valuable insights and boosted employee morale.

Beyond addressing employees’ concerns, the visit featured a comprehensive training session on cybersecurity, led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, our IT department head. This session equipped participants with the knowledge to identify and mitigate cyber threats, protecting both company data and personal information.

In addition to the main event, a friendly football tournament was organized among the project management board, consultants, and supervisors. This fun-filled activity fostered camaraderie and contributed to a more positive and productive work atmosphere.
