NEWTECONS COMPLETES BASEMENT CAPPING FOR HOA XUAN RIVERSIDE ECO-URBAN AREA PROJECT

On June 25, 2026, Newtecons, with the project owner Sun Group, held the Basement Capping Ceremony for the Hoa Xuan Riverside Eco-Urban Area Project – Towers A1.3 & A1.4, marking an important milestone in the execution of the project’s underground works.

Located at the gateway of the Hoa Xuan Riverside Eco-Urban Area in Da Nang City, the project comprises two towers with 22 above-ground floors and two basement levels. The development is designed to offer a modern living environment, contributing to the enhancement of the urban landscape and the overall value of the area.

With its location adjacent to the riverbank and near Hoa Xuan Bridge, the project presented a number of construction challenges, including a high groundwater level, deep excavation, and a surrounding area with heavy traffic density. In response to these demanding technical requirements, the Newtecons project team proactively implemented a comprehensive range of construction solutions, including a multi-layer shoring system, continuous monitoring, groundwater control, and a well-organized construction methodology to ensure safety, quality, and progress throughout the execution of the underground works.
