NEWTECONS COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF FULBRIGHT UNIVERSITY VIETNAM MAIN CAMPUS

On October 10, 2025, Newtecons, in collaboration with Fulbright University Vietnam, held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of the university’s Main Campus at the Saigon Hi-Tech Park – a project symbolizing the advancement of higher education in Vietnam.

More than just a university campus, the new facility is envisioned as a space where knowledge, creativity, and community intersect — a place where students, faculty, and researchers can freely explore, connect, and shape the future.

Designed with a focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness, the new Fulbright University Vietnam campus — designed by SHoP Architects (USA) in collaboration with multiple international partners and constructed by Newtecons — aims to achieve LEED Gold and EDGE certifications for sustainable development.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Bá Dương, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Newtecons, expressed his pride in being selected as the general contractor for the project. He affirmed Newtecons’ commitment to realizing Fulbright’s vision of a pioneering university where the values of knowledge, innovation, and creativity are continuously nurtured.
