NEWTECONS APPOINTS TWO NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Following the successful completion of the Action Plan Defense Program, Newtecons officially presented appointment decisions to Mr. Duong Tan Diep and Mr. Le The Anh as Executive Directors on May 25, 2026.
Mr. Duong Tan Diep, born in 1983, graduated from the University of Danang – University of Science and Technology. Over the past 19 years, he has grown alongside Newtecons since joining the company upon graduation. He is recognized for his resilience, determination, and willingness to take on challenging assignments. Currently, he oversees several large-scale projects across Northern Vietnam.
Mr. Le The Anh, born in 1988, graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and has accumulated 15 years of experience at Newtecons. As the youngest member of the Executive Board, he is known for his decisive leadership, dynamic mindset, and strong adaptability in high-pressure environments. He is currently responsible for the Hanoi Representative Office and key projects across both Southern and Northern Vietnam.
Throughout their careers, both executives have gained extensive management and leadership experience across a wide range of projects for major domestic and international investors, where stringent requirements on schedule, technical excellence, quality, and construction discipline are paramount. Beyond their practical experience on project sites, their rotations through various professional departments have further strengthened their strategic thinking, managerial capabilities, and leadership qualities.
These appointments not only recognize their capabilities, contributions, and professional growth, but also reflect Newtecons’ strong commitment to developing internal talent.
