NEWTECONS APPOINTS FIVE MEP DEPUTY SITE MANAGERS – CONTINUING TO DEVELOP ITS SUCCESSION MANAGEMENT TEAM

On August 24, 2026, Newtecons officially presented appointment decisions to five employees taking on the position of MEP Deputy Site Manager at projects across the country.

Prior to the appointments, on August 10, 2026, the five candidates participated in a competency assessment, during which they presented their action plans for the new role and received feedback from the Assessment Council on their proposed approach to managing and implementing their responsibilities. The assessment provided an important basis for Newtecons to evaluate each candidate’s professional expertise, management mindset, and readiness to take on greater responsibilities.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoang – GMS Lux 2-3 Project

Through hands-on experience at construction sites, the newly appointed managers have steadily strengthened their expertise, accumulated practical experience, and enhanced their ability to organize and manage work effectively. These appointments recognize their continuous efforts and professional growth while marking the beginning of a new journey with greater responsibilities ahead.
