NEWTECONS AND HOA PHAT GROUP CONDUCT HEAT STRESS PREVENTION SAFETY TRAINING
On the morning of July 7, 2026, at the Hoa Phat Dung Quat Railway Rail and Special Steel Manufacturing Project—one of Vietnam’s key national industrial projects—Newtecons collaborated with the project owner, Hoa Phat Group, to organise a Heat Stress Prevention Safety Training Programme for workers directly involved in on-site construction activities.

The programme focused on equipping workers with the knowledge needed to identify heat-related risks, such as heat exhaustion and heatstroke. It also provided guidance on preventive measures and initial first aid, while encouraging workers to proactively protect their health by staying adequately hydrated and taking appropriate breaks throughout the working day.
In addition to the training activities, the Organising Committee presented practical gifts to encourage the workers and provide further motivation, helping them feel reassured and committed to accompanying the project during its peak construction period.

Through the programme, Newtecons continued to promote a strong safety culture, enhance workers’ awareness of self-protection, and foster a spirit of mutual support across the construction site. These efforts contribute to working alongside the project owner and participating units to deliver the project safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality requirements.
At Newtecons, safety always begins with people. Caring for workers’ health and working conditions is not only a responsibility but also the foundation for building a safe and professional workplace and delivering high-quality, sustainable projects.
