GRADUATION CEREMONY OF THE 2024 ECOSYSTEM CHIEF COMMANDER PROGRAM
On January 21, 2025, the Closing Ceremony of the 2024 Ecosystem Chief Commander (CHC) Training Program was solemnly organized by Newtecons, Ricons, and SOL E&C. This program aimed to equip future CHCs with essential knowledge and skills.
The 2024 Chief Commander Training Program was structured for maximum impact. It consisted of 11 sessions and 40 hours of focused training, alongside 3 weeks of cross-functional internships. Delivered by 14 internal instructors, including CEOs, Managing Directors, Project Directors, and Department Heads from Ecosystem companies, the program ensured participants gained valuable, practical knowledge from top industry leaders.
The program went beyond theoretical teachings, emphasizing practical situations to enhance participants’ problem-solving abilities and foster leadership mindset development. It underscored the significance of cultivating the next generation of leaders, ensuring the creation and sustainability of a proficient and skilled Chief Commander team. Notably, the training aimed not only at individual improvement but also at advancing companies’ sustainable and resilient growth in the long run.
The program concluded with 25 participants completing the course and receiving their certificates. Newtecons proudly achieved a 100% graduation rate, with all 11 participants performing exceptionally well. This accomplishment serves as a testament to the quality of the training and underscores the Ecosystem companies’ unwavering commitment to human resource development.
More than just celebrating the participants’ success, the closing ceremony served as a platform for the companies to reinforce their dedication to human resource development and commitment to a sustainable future for the construction industry.
