ENHANCING NEGOTIATION AND BARGAINING SKILL FOR ECONOMIC EMPLOYEES
On April 24, 2024, at the company’s headquarters, Newtecons conducted a Negotiation and Bargaining Skill training session for Economic employees.
A comprehensive training program is designed to empower Economic employees with effective negotiation and bargaining techniques, directly enhancing their professional capabilities. This initiative goes beyond mere skill development; it fosters a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration among Economic colleagues, reinforcing the company’s culture of continuous learning and growth.
During the training session, Mr. Ngo Dinh Ngoc Quang – Operations Director of Newtecons underscored the significance of honing negotiation skills, not only for fostering and maintaining relationships but also for effectively resolving conflicts and achieving positive outcomes in negotiations. He emphasized that this competency is an integral part of the professional skillset of Newtecons employees.
